Dear Guests, we thank you for choosing us and warmly welcome you. We kindly ask you to carefully read the rules and behavioral guidelines that every guest must follow to avoid disturbing or harming others and the environment.
Failure to comply with one or more points of these regulations may result in the termination of the contract with the resulting economic and legal consequences.
OUR STAFF IS AT YOUR COMPLETE DISPOSAL FOR ANY NEED TO MAKE YOUR STAY AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE.
1) GENERAL INFORMATION:
a. The regulations of the “Victoria Resort” accommodation facility in Marina di Ascea (SA) are established to ensure a uniform, orderly, serene, and peaceful use of the facility for all guests. These rules form a contractual agreement between "Victoria Resort" and the Guest; thus, the request to stay at the hotel and its acceptance by "Victoria Resort" implies full acceptance of these regulations.
b. All Guests are required to respect the Internal Rules of the Accommodation Facility, available at the hotel reception and published on the website http://www.victoriaresort.it/en.
c. Non-compliance with the Regulations and additional directives from management may result in the guest's removal from the premises and notification to all national and international tourism organizations, with potential further reporting to public authorities in cases where non-compliance may suggest the commission of a crime.
d. Specific instructions on signs located in the hotel's property areas must also be respected.
e. Parents (or legal guardians) are jointly responsible for the actions of their minor children within the hotel and are obligated to supervise them, ensuring they behave respectfully towards others. This includes ensuring silence is observed, bathrooms are used correctly (as they are not play areas), and the hotel's equipment is used properly by guests. Any activities that may disturb other guests are prohibited. In general, all contractual rules must be followed.
f. The conduct of both adults and minors is contractually relevant. Therefore, any violation of these rules or common civil coexistence norms may result, at the management's discretion, in immediate contract termination and removal from the hotel. In such cases, the hotel is entitled to retain amounts already paid and demand any outstanding amounts, including damages, while reserving the right to seek compensation for additional damages.
g. Authorized personnel are required to enforce these regulations for everyone. By accepting hospitality in the hotel, each guest agrees to submit to the authority of such personnel, who are equally obligated to follow the laws of the Italian Republic and principles of courtesy and good manners. If a guest's actions are deemed inappropriate by a staff member or reported, the hotel reserves the right to take action, including requesting law enforcement involvement or removing the guest from the premises.
h. Management reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time. Updated versions will be available at the hotel reception and published on the website http://www.victoriaresort.it/en.
