  • Where are you located?
    We are in a strategic area of Marina di Ascea, just outside the hustle and bustle of the center and less than 1 km from the archaeological site of Velia. Ascea Railway Station is 1.7 km away, while Vallo della Lucania-Castelnuovo Station is 11 km away. The seafront is 1 km away, and the center of Marina with the Elea promenade is about 1 km. There is a small supermarket less than 300 meters away.

  • How far is the beach?
    The beach is 500 meters from our property and can be reached on foot with a 7-8 minute walk.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    The room is guaranteed from 15:00 on the day of arrival. You can still check in earlier and leave your luggage while waiting for the room to be ready. If you arrive after check-in hours, please let us know in advance: someone will wait for you or we will provide instructions.
    The room must be vacated by 10:30 on the day of check-out. No exceptions are allowed, and after 11:00, a penalty equal to the cost of the following night will be applied.

  • What should we bring with us?
    To travel in Italy, it is mandatory to have an ID. A courtesy kit with toiletries and a toothbrush is available in the room. Upon request, we also provide razors and shaving cream.

  • Why don't you offer full board or all-inclusive packages?
    We have chosen to offer only half board with dinner to guarantee maximum freedom to our guests, who often use Victoria Resort as a base to explore Cilento. During the summer, our Bistrot, open from May to September, offers an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner. The Bistrot is also open to external guests, and the menu is available on our website.

  • Why don't you have a beach service?
    We were born as a hotel with accommodation and breakfast services for guests who love to explore the area and its attractions. Many prefer to visit different beaches every day, so we decided not to bind anyone with an included beach service.

  • Why don't you accept pets?
    We have chosen not to accept pets to ensure a safe environment for those who suffer from allergies. In addition, the property does not have suitable spaces to comfortably accommodate four-legged friends.

  • Do you have to pay the tourist tax to stay in Marina di Ascea?
    Yes, the Municipality of Ascea has introduced a tourist tax. The tax applies to those over 14 years of age and is €2.00 per person per day from May 1 to October 30. Here you can find an excerpt of the regulation.

  • Is it possible to stay only the night of Ferragosto (August 15th)?
    In August, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights, and from June to September, stays that include a Saturday must be at least two nights. However, closer to the date, availability for shorter stays may open up. Contact us, and we will be happy to check availability.

  • Do you offer a gluten-free breakfast?
    Breakfast is our highlight: very varied to satisfy all tastes and needs. If you have food intolerances, we recommend mentioning them when booking so we can offer you the best possible service.

  • Is there entertainment at Victoria Resort?
    Victoria Resort is a hotel designed for those who want to rest, but this doesn't mean it's a silent and boring place. We don't have animation, but we occasionally organize live music evenings in the Bistrot garden.

  • Do you have a shuttle service from the train stations or Naples Capodichino Airport?
    We do not have a fixed shuttle, but we collaborate with local NCC services to arrange transfers upon request. It is advisable to book the service in advance. After booking confirmation, you can request it at any time from the dedicated page.

  • Is it possible to organize excursions?
    From Victoria Resort, you can explore Cilento, either on your own or with a guide. Some excursions can be booked directly from the booking page. The reception is always available to help you organize your stay at its best.

  • Do you have parking?
    Yes, we have two parking options:

  • Free parking 200 meters from the property.
  • Paid parking with a gate and access via a magnetic key linked to the room.

  • Do you offer a late check-out service?
    It depends on availability. If the room is not booked for the following night, we can offer late check-out for an additional fee. Contact us to check availability.

  • Do you have family rooms or cribs for small children?
    Yes, we offer both cribs for infants from 0 to 24 months and cots for children up to 3 years old. We recommend requesting them at the time of booking to ensure availability.

  • Is it possible to rent beach towels?
    Yes, we offer a towel rental service for our guests.

  • Is there a pool at Victoria Resort?
    Yes, we have a pool available for guests.

  • Do you offer laundry service?
    We do not offer direct laundry service, but there is a 24-hour self-service laundromat just 20 meters from Victoria Resort.

  • Is there a restaurant where we can have lunch or dinner?
    At our Bistrot, open from May to September, you can have lunch or dinner à la carte. The Bistrot is also open to external guests, and the menu is available on our website.

  • Do you have Wi-Fi?
    Yes, Wi-Fi is free for all guests.

  • Is there a playground for children?
    Yes, in front of Victoria Resort, there is a private playground with animation.

  • Can I check in before 15:00?
    We cannot guarantee that the room will be ready in the morning, but it is possible to check in and leave your luggage.

  • Can I cancel or modify my booking?
    Cancellation and modification policies are outlined in the confirmation email. For any needs, feel free to contact us directly.

  • Do you offer discounts for groups or long stays?
    The reception is available to evaluate special cases and provide customized quotes.

  • Do you offer a bicycle or car rental service?
    Yes, we offer bicycle and car rental services to explore the area.
