Pool Regulations

The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard but is under video surveillance. A first aid officer is always present on the premises.

It is mandatory to shower before entering the water.

Pets or other animals are not allowed.

Running, diving, making loud noises, and occupying sunbeds while absent are prohibited.

Hotel towels cannot be used instead of pool towels. Specific pool towels are available for rent at the Reception.

Glass objects are strictly prohibited.

The use of fins and masks, and the introduction of floating objects, balls, and mattresses are not allowed.

In case of cuts, abrasions, lesions, or skin conditions of a suspected infectious nature (warts, dermatitis, mycosis), please refrain from entering the water.

Children under 12 must always be accompanied and carefully supervised by parents.

Children under 4 must wear the special hygienic swim diapers to enter the pool.

Access to the pool is subject to compliance with the regulations, as required by the DPCM.

The Management is not responsible for theft or loss of items left unattended.

The Management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or other incidents that may occur to swimmers due to their own behavior.

Service staff are authorized to intervene and remove individuals who do not respect the regulations.

Any damage caused to objects will be charged to and compensated by the guest.
